Toyah Bill Taylor, Cowboy Impressionist Artist

Howdy,  I am from way out West Texas...

I  was "Cowboy Raised" in Pecos, Texas. His name was derived from a COMANCHE word meaning "Running Water".

From 1965 to 1978 I performed and competed on the professional rodeo circuit.

I prefer to paint on location, which gives the painting panache. Which are captured during the fall gathering at the beautiful Kokernot 06 Ranch in Fort Davis, Texas.

Painting is my passion. I believe as artist first responsibility is to record my own time. When the painting creates intense emotion from the viewer, I feel I have completed my work on that piece.
